Different designs for your different preferences
Three Teat Shapes - Traditional teat is suitable for mums with minor discomfort while feeding. Bottle nipple teat is suitable for babies who are being mixed-fed or transitioning to bottle feeding. Orthodontic teat is suitable for babies who have exclusively been breastfed.

Is the nipple too large or thickness?
The size has been finalized through multiple attempts. It is suitable for most babies, including newborns. In fact, the size is similar to or even smaller than that of many mothers. It is designed to protect sore or cracked nipples for mums, and only this thickness can help moms relieve pain.

How To Use?

-
How do I know if I need a nipple shield?
These silicone nipple shields are suitable for mum with minor discomfort when breastfeeding. Due to the ultra-thin design of the breast shields, babies have better nursing experience.
-
Whether I should buy it before the baby is born?
No, because you don't know what you're going to do next with the nursing, and if you're nursing in good condition all the time, you don't actually need to use a nipple shield. Nipple shields are for certain mothers.
-
Is there anything I should be aware of in the process of using it?
These ultra-thin nipple shields need to hand-held while using. They should be used temporarily (stop using while your breastfeeding issues resolve) and under the guidance of your healthcare provider or a lactation consultant.
-
Any suggestions on how to use this product better?
Drain some milk into the shiled first to prevent children from giving up easily because they can't get milk after sucking for a while. It also reduces the amount of air that baby take in. You can also apply nipple cream to the edges to help heal.
-
How to gradually quit nipple shields?
Start with skin-to-skin next to breast without the nipple shield before nursing with the shield. Start a feed with a shield, removing it part wat through nursing from ont breast ot when switching breasts. Gradually offer the breast without shield.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 July 2024My partner was really struggling to establish a latch with our new born. Had midwives helping and tried a few other nipple shields.
The other options we tried did help a little but this difference with this one is like night and day.
Baby latches immediately, no pain for my partner (a different shield caused huge discomfort). It has completely changed her breastfeeding experience and it's amazing.
Naturally this will not be the best option for anyone. It is also intimidatingly huge 😂. And a lot more expensive than other options.
All that being said, it has been worth every penny to us.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 July 2024I don’t really like this product not useful as my baby struggle to latch so I order this as the product claims to make it easy but its even more hard for my baby to latch firstly the size not fits it’s too big and secondly it’s made up of hard plastic which makes it harder for my baby even to try latch through it! Not useful 👎🏻
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 September 2023This is amazing!! I had zero success with either of my childten with all other types of nipple shield and without one after weeks of trying with each child. They just couldn't latch on despite several midwives, breastfeeding consultants and NICU nurses trying to help. Then the instant we tried with this my daughter latched on and fed brilliantly from from then on. I guess it would depend on why they're not feeding (I think it wasn't working for us because I had flat nipples) and it's expensive but it's worth trying if you're desperate to breastfeed and it's not happening. It could save you a fortune on formula if it does work!
Someone has said that it's ugly - frankly I didn't care about how it looked if it meant I could breastfeed at last. They said it didn't stay on too but it's only when the baby sucks that it creates a kind of vacuum which means it stays on when the baby stops. The only disadvantage of that is when you forget you've got it on and answer the door to the postman with one boob hanging out and this on your nipple and don't even realise you've done that until the next feed 😳😂.
I tried cheaper ones that look that same but they didn't work. This is a lot more sturdy so I think it's because it holds its shape better.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 November 2023I tried another shield and it was t a success. I’ve been pumping with no bf since baby was 6months. I thought she wouldnt ever come back but now she has. It’s provided a lot of comfort during teething and while unwell. Not having to rush to fill up another bottle.
Down side is that it’s becoming quite painful as my nipples swell and areola is drawn in. I’m a 15mm so this is far too big and I do worry it could cause nipple trauma and is restricting milk flow so baby has to work even harder. But still I’m happy this exists.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 March 2025Really helped me when needed
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 December 2024Had trouble latching due to big boobs and being bottle fed due to a tongue tie. Bany instantly latched and I've been here for about 30mins + now! Genuinely it's changed my breast feeding journey, I was giving up hope
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 June 2021Didn't work for us, the teat was too long and big
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 June 2021This saved my breastfeeding journey, after 8 weeks of pumping 8 times a day and the babe screaming at my boob, refusing to latch, ripping my nipples to shreds and turning his nose up at any normal sized nipple shield, this was my last resort. Someone in my reddit group recommended it. When it arrived my husband and I laughed a lot at the ridiculous size of it and I said well if this contraption doesn't work then I'm done...but it worked on the second go, and since I managed to wean him onto normal nipple shields (medela) and then just bare boob in 2 weeks.
Now I have to say I had a lot of milk from pumping and I have a fast let down, so the nipple shield filled up quite quickly with milk with minimal initial effort from the baby, but I will say if you don't - then express/squeeze some milk beforehand to fill the nipple shield because it is quite big. Also, if your issue is the latch rather than flat nipples/reluctant child/etc then this won't work for you, it does nothing for the latch because it's so far away from your nipple. But if like me you're trying to trick your child into thinking that he's still drinking from a bottle then this could work. Also I can't imagine it will work with very young newborns, mine was 8 weeks so he'd figured out the sucking and had a bit more power to it.
